    Charlotte A. (Novak) Radish, 70, of Pardeeville, passed away on Aug. 11, 2018, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born Dec. 5, 1947, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Xenia (Frank) Bashaw and Donald (Mary) Novak. Charlotte worked at Brakebush for 20-plus years until her retirement. Prior to Brakebush, Charlotte and Donald owned and operated the Fin and Feather in Hustisford. She enjoyed bingo and playing the slots, but most of all spending time with her family.

    She is survived by her son, Gary (Julie) Radish; daughters, Katherine (Russell) Teletzke and Laura (James) Hentrich; grandchildren, Cassandra Radish, Caleb Radish, Samantha Teletzke, Shane Teletzke, Melissa Larson, James (Courtney) Hentrich Jr., Amber Hentrich and Tyler Hentrich; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Savanna and Diamond Clason and Cheyton and Halona LaRush. She is further survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald J. Radish; sisters, Arlene Nefstead and Donna Race and by a nephew, George Allen Nefstead Jr.

    A private family gathering will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018.

    The family would like to give a special thanks to the ER staff and 8SW Staff at St. Mary's including Dr. Edward Ahrens at St. Mary's for helping mom over the years. Also, thanks to the dialysis team at Divine Savior in Portage for their amazing support over the years, Dr. Heather Kennedy in Columbus for caring and helping mom. Also, to Lisa Werner, Jessica Skupniewicz, and Tonya Garfoot for all their care of mom.

    Online condolences may be made at www.grassefs.com. Grasse Funeral Service of Pardeeville is assisting the family.1
